It really never rubs, even when i'm pulling .9+ Gs on an on/off ramp or something like that. I have to hit a serious dip in the road when I bounce in my seat

Has anyone tried 305/30/R19 for the fronts? Looking to get more grip in the front.
Once of the guys this weekend was running 315/30/R18 and 335/30/R18 on his Vette for road course use.

A wide 18" wheel tire will almost always be better on a track with corners.
I have a 295/30/19 up front and this a decent compromise street/track size that wont mess with the factory stability/traction control calibrations.
That's on an OEM size front wheel (19x10) a 19x10.5 or 19x11 wheel would probably improve grip a little more but may rub a little depending on ride height, spring rate, etc. etc.

A 305 is too much for a stock 19x10 wheel and would probably reduce front grip (in my opinion)…. now on a 19x.11 inch wheel.....it would probably help.

I ran 305s on a 10" wheel on my 2013 Mustang GT and had no issues. I'm not sure how much difference it makes being up front, but I had even tread wear and all that. Same profile, though an inch bigger wheel. 305/30/20

Have pulled the trigger on new rubber and wheels. Am going with the R888Rs all the way around. 345/30/19 on back and 295/30/19 up front. New wheels are Cray Astoria gloss black with mirror cut face. 19/12 in back and 19/10 up front. I have an Arctic white 2016 Z06 and am hoping the mirror cut on the wheels provides a complementary color to the body color. Will post pics when installed. Will keep the OEM wheels and MPSS tires for long road trips.

Grip should be off the charts. Not that the MPSS's had bad grip, but these Toyo's will have a grip like the Incredible Hulk!

I hope so, I will be getting my Toyos soon and Walmart seems to have the best price I have found so far.
Where are you buying yours?

Oh here are my rims and my car is at Katech getting the stage 3
These are the 19/20 Forgeline EX1's from Gerry at CW4L

Weights OEM vs Forgelines (Forgelines on the left OEM on the right)
Note the Forgelines with the OEM caps I machined to fit the Forgelines.
Fronts: OEM = 28lbs Forgelines = 24lbs
Rears: OEM = 33lbs Forgelines = 25lbs (this seems like a huge savings)

Wow! What a spectacular ride. Those wheels will look killer on the Z car. Significant weight differential between OEM and Forgelines. Are you going 325/30/20 on the back?

Yes sir I'm going with the 325/30R20's rear and 295/30R19's on the front.
Here at the Walmart in Pa I got a price of $475.90 each rears and $335.73 for the fronts

Are these close to your prices?

RIGHT?? That seems crazy to me. The dichotomy of high end, practically track tires at a trailer trash place like walmart... *mind blown*
