I get 24-25 @ 75 and hammering here and there...best MPG of any car I have. My TTS doesn't get close, nor does my Huracan...but they don't run around @ 75 MPH doing 1300 RPM either - LOL

With the insane amount TQ this car puts down...you only need to be idling at high speeds anyway.

same here except I have 22,000 miles on the clock

Noticed that some of the MPG statements were attributed to M7 Z's... Anyone have some numbers for the A8?

PCGuy2u,

Took a trip to Michigan to the Woodward Avenue Dream Cruise back in August from Western Montana to Southeast Michigan. Mileage totaled nearly 4,500. Average for the entire trip, including limited city driving, including crawling at walking speeds in the Cruise itself, averaged 21.7. Average speed for the entire trip was 71.7 MPH which included a fair amount of 110 MPH plus speeds when I could find a "rabbit". Fuel used for the vast majority of the trip was 91 octane, as I could not find 93 west of Chicago. That cuts down on the MPG considerably. I considered this to incredibly good for a car with 650 HP.

Back in February, when I drove the car home from Denver, where it was purchased, mileage was a phenomenal 29.4 MPG. Keep in mind, for this trip, totaling about a thousand miles, with occasional snow, I drove it like an old lady, although my average speed escapes me.

I trust that this is what you are looking for.

Many thanks Bob, thinking of selling my ZR1 and getting into a newer Z. On road trips the ZR gets 25 and I’m just trying to be sure of what I should expect with an A8.
