Anyone ditch the Michelins?

I would but now I'm more concerned about brake dust and the best wax to use. I'm hoping someone has a solution to the massive quantity of brake dust generated just driving to cruise-ins and car shows. Also, what's the best was to use?
Rick
P.S. I don't give a damn and really could not care less about braking performance, I just want clean wheels!

At Spring Mountain they always removed the Cup 2s and replace them with the stock Michelin Pilot Sport run flat tires that GM uses on the non-Z07 Vettes. They work fine for the track duties they have and last much longer--a few weeks of track duty there as I recall. I am very happy with the standard run flat PS tires on my 2016 Z06--I have 11,000 miles on them so far and only down to about 6/32nds, so plenty of life left. When it comes time to replace tires on my non-Z07 car I plan to stick with the stock Michelins. --Bob

Money no object, I'd rather have the OEM run-flats. For daily driving without an unlimited budget, get a couple cans of fix-a-flat and a set of Contis. They seem to ride softer and definitely last longer, although they don't corner as well.

I like the Pirellis. New they seem to be hard to find but they don't pick up rocks and seem to handle well. Just picked up a used 900 mile set and will be putting those on when the current ones need replacing.

Are the 345 rears really an issue with high speed or perhaps a one off?

Ditched run flats and went with MPSS 295/325 sizes. Avoid 345 on rears as this size is notorious for high speed wobbles. I got 7,500 miles out of my run flats. I'm now at 8,000 miles on MPSS non-run flats and better than 50% tread. So supercar tires, no cracking when driving below freezing, no mileage penalty and great handling.
I started a couple of threads about it but no one knew squat so I gave up. I'm back to stocks on the rear, but want to get a wider wheel instead so I can put 345's on.
So my question, do you know if the wobble happens with 20" rims as well?

I just got Nitto Invo's in 285/30 19 and 345/25 20 for 11.5 in width fronts and 12.5 width rear wheels.
Odd though. They are rounded like the Conti's. Something I was trying to avoid compared to the PSS's I thought looked a bit stretched in 335/25 20.
So far, they are really quiet compared to the PSS and since it's been raining non stop, haven't really had a chance to get on them. Wet performance is pretty good though.

Good morning folks! I'm looking to see if anyone has ditched the Michelin's for another tire brand, and if so, what, and how do you like them? I have the sport cup 2's and I cant stand the amount of crap they pick up. I have enough pea gravel in my garage after every drive to fill a fish tank. I'm leaning towards regular super sports or maybe going with a goodyear or nitto alternative. Thoughts?
