At this point, I don't know whether to attribute it to drug use, or to some more genetic or socially acquired form of being "half a bubble off plumb", or"not having both oars in the water".

except for all the people who pm me over the years who i have helped fix their fuel systems. Moderators can go spy and see the PM's, I've helped probably 6 people with lingenfelter cars alone, who are all happy now, and their cars run great and safe.
So, keep pretending that verbally declaring yourself part of a political party makes you a winner, as you invent and solve nothing to make any of our cars any better than they were yesterday

Good gosh, I shudder to think what your imagination might do with my avatar, which has the blower on my boat Photoshopped onto my C5. In your mind, does that make me a communist, a n*zi, a racist, a "spear chucker", a fat-gold-chain-sporting bar hustler, a "Hershey-Highwayman", or what?

I'm trying to decide whether to swap out the factory blower on a C7 Z06 for the new Magnuson 2.65 L or to get the ZR1 that already has that size blower. Will the added port injection on the ZR1 raise the ceiling on max power potential with mods versus the Z06 with only direct injection and mods? Trying to see which one will get the most power for the least amount of money. Prefer to avoid methanol. Thanks for the advice.

Im not going to lie, i don't like you buddy, You will argue about things that are blatantly not true.
I could forgive the argument that they are "equal" in size to the z's, even tho i wouldn't agree with it...
but to say they are larger in area than the z's front openings? Come on.

No, I'm not saying that the Ford GT side air intakes are larger than those on the front of the Z. But perhaps you failed to notice that the Ford GT has both the front vents, and those monstrous air intakes behind the doors, and the monstrous air evacuation vents at the low pressure area (vacuum area) behind the high point of the roof line?
Yet, you have somehow managed to come to the conclusion that you are even minimally qualified to make pejorative comments about other's IQ?

Talk is cheap and Irun... is broke. He offers nothing valid to support his ownership of dealerships, engineering prowess, or that he has owned so many cars (most of which were made by Matchbox). I would guess he suffers from short man syndrome, but that insults short people.

yep- forgot about that. That warranty is worth the 5 to 7k more in cost then trying to have an unknown tuner slap on a bigger supercharger or slapping on the bigger supercharger yourself. . I bet the callaway motor only package on a stage 1 aero z06 would be quicker from 0-180 then the c7zr1 with all the extra added zr1 aero. Now if you are running 20 and 30 minute track sessions back to back the zr1 is probably better suited there.
I am seriously considering a callaway upgrade to my c7z.

I am too. When I run the numbers for trading my 16 C7Z for a ZR1 versus writing a check to Callaway, the cost difference heavily favors upgrading my C7Z. Now it's just a question of which car I really want.

a 2300 Heartbeat to get to close to 700 rwhp which should be plenty of fun.

The advantage for me for buying a new ZR1 is the warranty. I could actually race it everyday for 5 years and GM will warranty the drivetrain. It's like having a sponsor.
But I already have a race car and I'll keep my C6 ZR1 for the street.
I wouldn't send a stroller to Callaway.

I'd get a 20% OFF MSRP '17 and send it off to Callaway. Add the DSC Shock controller and call it a day. My new 2016 3LZ + Callaway was $92K. The chance of buying a ZR1 at sticker is probably zilch without inside help or relationship. The ZR1 is a great car, but $38K for a wing is a lot of money. As for the warranty, as already stated the Callaway warranty is for real.
