Look at the shine on that. What do you use on it.

I use Pinnacle Souveran Carnauba Paste Wax.

Of course a lot of prep work before that with a professional buffer.

I did take home Best Paint at the show as well.

He's growing so fast. It's heaven on Earth. You can hear our ridiculously wonderful conversation during this video I put up just for you. It was about a three hour round trip. P4/5 has something like 20 thousand miles on it now. I'll go to the garage and check the exact figure tomorrow.

Best,
Gene

Rain plus two year old equals uneventful drive....other than following a $45MM spaceship.

Very

Too bad about the rain. But makes the P4/5 trek even grander. Awesome to see that rig on the road.

That rig is truly an Iconic Ferrari.

Little guy has good spunk. He's gonna be alright.

^^^ Yeah, I've joked in the past that about the best thing that can happen to a new Corvette owner is to get caught in rain shower. Good to just get that over with and move on and enjoy the car as a car.

I love my vette - its 1-500 c7.r. I still think its just a vette - I see 2-4 a day around here. While its cool - fun - wouldn't trade it - its not in the same class as a lambo- ferrari McClaren etc.......It just isn't.......if its a show that isn't having exotics then sure - if its a camaro, mustang crowd then by all means - unless it just stokes your ego and you feel the need - the model has been out 4 years now so the wow factor is diminished - the fit and finish on a vette isn't great to begin with much less have it "judged".......go to the track - cars and coffee etc.

My advice is to go and have fun with the intent of seeing other cars and meeting new people. If it's a bad experience, don't go back to that show and/or event as there are plenty other events out there.
