Very common known issue.
GM/dealers claim it's due to dirt between the mating surfaces of the hub and wheel. I've had mine in twice for it...they clean it and it goes away for a day or three...then comes right back. I've learned to live with it, although it's annoying...

If you do a search for wheel clicking, you'll find many remedies (re-torquing lugs, some have tried to grease the mating surface, others just take the wheels off and continually clean) ... none of which have worked for me.

I had my dealer perform TSB #PI1498B. So far, so good, though not much time has passed.
