Default 2016 Z06 upgrade

Added power to my 2016 Z06 -

aFe air in-take
Upper lower pulley upgraded with belts
Kook Headers and Cat converter
Meth injection kit (dropped temps really well!)
Copper Spark plugs
Hand tuned by a local expert

At the wheels Dyno'ed @ 5,500 RPM 615HP with 675 lbs torque. I don't know the Dyno type except told it is always the conservative side and simulates airflow into the intakes.

Power rolls in much better with tune, sounds and drives like a new car.

Love it!
Kook headers

curious, did you consider boring the ports on the supercharger the the additional 20HP? What are the next upgrades that make a nice difference?

Our Jokerz ported snout will get you near that. We are seeing 40whp and more torque gains from a fully ported SC

Our M7 Z made 660/680 with headers, halltech, 2.30 upper and ported blower on 93 OCT/ no meth

totally new sound and feel. The Kooks headers and Cat converter were changed out as part of the upgrade. The only thing I don't know is how much was from the kooks and if I only did the kooks would it be the same?

I met a guy with a stingray C7 that had awesome sound and don't believe he did much more than the kooks and an aFe air filter.

I have a Halltech, American Racing headers, upper/lower pulley, Meth and E85 and mad 690/725 at the wheels in 104 degree weather. If you have access to E85, that is an easy extra 40+ HP for about $600-700. Takes less than an hour to add the sensor and easy for a reputable tuner to deal with.
