Default CPR's single turbo kit is done!!

There it is! The first turbo C7z (that we are aware of) is ready for tuning. This vehicle came in all stock and we developed our single turbo kit for the Z & stingray platform. Turbo on this car is a precision 8847h, feeds to the oem exhaust and retains 100% oem components in terms of ac, cooling capacity, etc. We also developed our high hp fuel system on this car to be an option over our already popular standard low side system. Power goals for this vehicle are in the 1100+ rwhp range or wherever this turbo maxes out. Kit will be available with smaller turbo options and will only be installed in house at our facility. Pricing has not been determined yet as we have a lot of items to still go over in terms of components into the kit. Absolutely zero corners were cut for this truly first class system.

Key features over other systems.
-zero ground clearance is lost
-no cutting of the body at all
-no relocating the fuse block
-easier than stock to service spark plugs on down the road
-zero china parts, this is made using the top tier quality stainless available, schedule 40 on the manifold, etc.
-retains oem air box for a clean look, for max power at the track simply pull the coupler or put a filter on the inlet of the turbo. We have tested the oem air box on blower cars to over 1000 rwhp so it's not a huge restriction
-PTP turbo blanket, something many others overlook is using the absolute highest quality blanket available. you can put your hand on it during a pull!

first pic shows the complete kit, second pic showcases the hard line coolant pipes we made for this. We truly wanted this to be a first class kit that will make you proud to showcase, and give you years of trouble free performance.

Will make considerably more tq, use less fuel so the system can go farther since you're not driving a blower . And yes this car is an a8.

How is the turbo lubricated? Looks like the oil feed is blocked off or unused, so I have no idea!

The first pic shows it all completed . The one you're referencing is mainly a close up to show some the radiator hard pipes and other piping . It has a traditional feed and drain .

This looks awesome! I would love to see more on the architecture of this kit...i.e., how it "feeds to the oem exhaust", etc.

we make a low side system and offer it in two version, one good to 1200 hp on the gas scale, and one good to 1200 on e. this is once the high side catches up obviously.

not willing to post all those photos yet as we want to make sure no one copies this design for a bit. It's truly a work of art under there.

That's a squeeze! if you don't mind me asking, how does the right side exhaust route? Doesn't look like it comes forward.

Also, top left bolt on the exhaust flange is too short. /ocd.

We have had so many events this past 2 months and being booked typically 6 weeks out it honestly has slipped my mind to post it. We are a small crew here and I wear many hats lol. I will get it uploaded, pricing has been set but with so many options and ways to set up the car I tell people to email me with what you're looking to do so I can build the quote.

How good/bad is the turbo lag with a single turbo? I would also expect better fuel mileage with a turbo versus a SC (if anybody cares. What do you expect the nominal HP/T to be. Does the power come on smoothly or take a big jump at a certain RPM?

On the street it's all in my 3500 rpms. If your on high boost the power jump is huge when it hits. On the lower setting its not as big obviously.
