LBR is a chameleon depending on the light. At times, I've caught a copper-like tint but more often, I see the vibrant red.

As a fan of chrome wheels for many decades, I have to (regrettably) agree.
Chrome wheels on the Z just doesn't cut it for me (FWIW, I have the painted Pearl Nickel wheels).
Yesterday, I saw a black Z with chrome wheels...

This video is really selling me on LBR with the Spice Red package. I really like the Torque Thrust wheels and darker red calipers. The reviewer is genuinely excited by this car!

Yeah, he ran it hard and probably exceeded the break-in rev limit target

If you haven't seen LBR in person, chances are you haven't seen its true color. Digital cameras struggle to capture ANY red color variant properly and require post-processing to get it right. I would offer there may be a hint of brown in the color (whether from base paint or tint-coat I do not know); but having said that, LBR is a beautiful color with complexity that I look for in paint finishes of any color. YMMV..

Could not agree more.
To appreciate it, it has to be seen LIVE.

In the right light, this color just screams class and beauty.

Semi retired at 72 years old. Still do some consulting and personal driver instructing. This car recently ran a 2:09.9 at NCM!
