I think the Halltech comes with the high flow filter and Jim puts a (TRIC unit and TRIC filter in the box).
Tric filter is designed to out flow the high flow when used with the TRIC unit in the intake.
Thus the ramair effect works better and boy does it ever!
I would tape and seal the inside of the fender with duct tape not with the cheap gray stuff but the aluminum stuff.
This package will put a huge smile on your face!
