Yeah, too bad with Michigan sales tax laws I just can't bring myself to pull the trigger on a Z06 that is 18k off and just how I want.
Paid $3800 in sales tax on my z51 a year ago. No trade in allowance in Michigan so would be another $4600 in sales tax. Just can't stomach it. Congrats to everyone snagging these deals.

Any way to find a car on dealer lot not advertised and the way I want?

I tried the GM supplier site and it only gives me a 400 mile max search area.

So crazy the deals on Z06's right now!! If I had a crystal ball when I ordered my 2015 I woulda waited. But it was pretty awesome getting the first A8 in Vegas and ONLY paying MSRP through Kerbeck at the time while locals were paying $20k premiums!! But these deals now are blowing me away!

That is a great price. I wonder how the Grand Sports will sell, if they reduce Z06 MSRP's that much?

The trick is in the bloated options pricing. A base Z06 is around 72,000
and loaded one is around 120,000 bucks.
Around 50,000 dollars in options? Get real.
That's the true profit margins.

Don't need a crystal ball to predict this. It has happened every single year for the past 10+ years. It is just normal vette sales.

Yup, and C6s and C5 are even cheaper, and they're practically giving away C4s now.

For 98% of cars out there (or more), if you don't like the price, just wait long enough.

I've been driving mine for two years now though, not something I'd trade depreciation for!

I just bought a CPO 2016 Z06/07 with 1500 miles with just about every option. Z07 Pkg., 2LZ, CF Visible Pkg., Comp. Sport Seats, Visible CF Hood, Visible CF Roof, PDR w/Nav, CF Interior Pkg., Blk. Rim w/ Racing Jake Caps, Yellow Rotors, Corvette Racing Yellow, Carbon Flash mirrors. The car was 4 months old so I get almost 4yrs bumper to bumper and 6 years on the motor for 76K. I think its a great buy!

Yeah, that is stunning. That's so much car for that money!

This C7 Z is the first car I've bought new. Usually I buy used because of how far prices drop. But this was the first time I could really afford the "new" price so I had the opportunity to order exactly what I wanted. We went option by option at the dealer, hand picking everything and ordering exactly what I wanted. I had to settle on whatever I could find used for the Viper and GT-R (previous cars), but this one is all mine! Seems worth it, so long as I still own it.

What kind of % off are people getting on '17 Z06s? I'm thinking my dealer has to at least knock 10% off and I'm hoping he'll go 12-14%.

I purchased a 2017 Z06 - You can get 10% ,,, 12% may be difficult except for the very few I've seen online close to that. The ones that have been sitting due to options (or lack of) and colors. Good Luck.

I got almost 18% off several weeks ago. Not many options but exactly what I wanted, basically 2LZ, Nav/PDR (MSRP ~$86K). Included employee pricing and $2K Corvette loyalty, plus additional off.

Dealer: Les Stanford in Dearborn

Better prices speak volumes on what's coming (No B-all busting!), just saying.

Just wait until the "zr1" or whatever the newer fancier model is. That will be another nice drop in prices and a lot of used c7z on the market as the people with money to burn upgrade to the newer/fancier/higher end vette.
