New Top Gear features C7 Z06

Flying home on Delta Airlines last week, I decided to watch an old episode of Top Gear. I never watched it before. I instantly got hooked and have done nothing but watch as many episodes as possible over the last week. I'm hooked. There are 22 seasons so it'll take me a while to catch up but I'm sure I'll be a little bummed when I get to the season where the original trio aren't there. But I'll give the new cast a chance.
Love the show.

Where did they find those morons? With Clarkson, Hammond and May gone the show is not worth watching.

Hope people give the new team a chance. At least Matt LeBlanc is on there. Huge car guy.
Not sure people hung on every word of Jeremy Clarkson. He was just an ardent British Nationalist that incidently loves Ferrari's and Lambos and hates everything American. Comically a forthright Cheshire elitist who thinks everyone who disagrees with him is just an idiot. Essentially, a fat, balding British blowhard who's a gearhead.

I couldn't care less about Clarksons vehicle opinions/hate on certain vehicles. I watched for the entertainment value. Something that won't happen again.

He also had the temerity to punch Piers Morgan right in the face. For that he gets awarded no end of medals and acclaim.

All the seasons lol. JC for instance loved the ZR1 when he drove it in the US only to retract his statement and hate it when he got back to the UK.
The only american car that JC loved was the Ford GT (which to his misfortune broke down twice) ending his short lived American romance.

Jeremy Clarkson was entertaining. I didn't watch many episodes, but I do remember when he did a segment on the C6 Z06. He started in 5th gear and drove up to 175 mph without shifting. That was pretty good, even though top end is 198 for that car. Thinking back, I believe he ran out of track to continue.

NO sign of Chris Harris on the trailer....wtf....
The BBC Top Gear could go either way. THe US top gear is pure garbage and has never been anything other than that. BBC had a chance with Chris Harris...his youtube channel is fantastic, he's one of the best car reviewers I've ever seen. He communicates what he feels and senses in a car, SO damn well. Unfortunately, it seems he's taken a 4th or 5th seat on the upcoming show.
I"ll be looking forward to Clarkson and co on AMazon.
