Default 18x12 wheel options

Looking for an inexpensive set of rims for drag radials. I was going to buy Forgestar F-14s but was told they would not fit the Z06. What options out there not looking to spend big money on 18's that will spend majority of time off car.

f-14's do fit. I saw a car this past summer with a set at the track. I run the 18x10.5 tsw interlagos. They fit just fine

I would recommend Norcal's option for drag racing since they are 12" wide. On mine which are 10.5 inch wide the widest rear i run is the 315/680/18. Im road tracking though. No issues with 18's on fronts or rears. Just be sure to run narrow wheel weights so they will clear the brake rotors.

You are coming out with a Z06 replica 18x12? I would be all over that

We are running the 18x12 Forgestar CF5 rears on our C7Z with the standard brakes. C6 Zr1 fitment is perfect.

Yup, the Forgestars will be the best priced 18x12 to use for a drag setup, we can build a set in only about 4-6 weeks on average!

I have some repro 18x12's (last set the forum vendor had) with a small spacer and 348/18's mickey thompsons or 335/30/18's hoosiers I will part with pretty soon. Both sets of tires only have a handful of passes. MT were a little unsettling with factory fronts. Hoping new Hoosiers will be better.

Jason

If I was starting over I would get NORCAL-SS setup. Looks nice.
I was first Auto at a dragstrip anywhere so I had to figure out my own setup.

So, what front, narrow wheels will fit the Z07?

NorCal, do you still have your fronts for sale?

I already have 18x12 Forgeline AR1's for rear, so now need some skinneys fro the front. Other than CCW, I don't know of any mfg. offering for the front.

I know that I could have Forgeline make a custom set for the front, but the costs are rather high for such small wheels.

best option would be the Forgestar F14 or the CF5.

F14 parts is plenty in stock and the CF5 parts is down to three pairs.
