Default New Z Owner

Just pulled the trigger on a 16 ZO7. Did very well with 11K off msrp buying one out of inventory. I suspect I'll enjoy this more than my 67 427 tri power, 03 ZO6 and 09 ZO6.

Any suggestions?

$11,000 off ???? The only way you got that much off is if they ordered it before July and have been sitting on it. GM changed a few things with the way they figure invoice to sticker. I would love to know the build date. I'm in the business and know a thing or 2 about this..

I guess it just depends on when they got them. I know all the dealers that get snow don't want $100,000 cars seating on their lots all winter so they sell them for cost. That way they get more allocations next year.

There are deals a lot of places, but no where near what you got.. must have snagged the one and only that Kerbeck had discounted that much as they don't show any that are close to 11K off..

Congrats on the great deal and enjoy that awesome ride!

I am looking hard at a 2016 stingray and a very small dealer in my area beat the heck out of the 3 biggest dealers in the nation, not to mention any names. I couldn't believe it and told them so.Mine was an order price, will not sit in his inventory, downpayment, order and call me when it arrives. Go figure

Car wasn't old inventory. Picked it up today, date of manf Oct 2015. Buddy of mine owns a foreign dealership. Invoice means nothing, lots on the backend.

Your dealer must be buying them from Japan. There is roughly $3000 in dealer hold back and at most $5000 - $6000 between invoice and sticker. Again I know a little about the business because I've been in it for over 25 years.
