Default Z06/Z07 vs the big boys

At VIR the z06 beat the 918 by ~2 seconds. At willow springs, the 918 only beat the z06 by 1.5 seconds. The slower c6 zr1 at Laguna seca was 4 seconds behind the 918 and 3 behind the p1.

What mods would it take other than slicks(keeping it street legal) to make up the 1.5 at willow and the ~2 at Laguna(I'm guessing the z06 would be around 2 seconds faster than the zr1 at Laguna)?

With 1000 at the wheels(a good driver can manage the power, look at all the koenigsegg's every one over 1000, the laferrari at 950, p1 at 900 and non of them have a problem when driven by a pro) or even only 650-750 at the wheels and Randy driving the car I believe it can more than tie the 918 and the p1.

I've seen some pros drive high horsepower cars really well and to other who have, do you think it can be done?

That's cool, a Z06 beat a $900,000 to be all, end all, Porsche at its game on the VIR course. This has to be a tough one for the P-car die hards who continually point to this ridiculously priced factory race car as their "Z06 killer".

Could it be that all this talk about the superior Porsche engineering is just a bunch of BS at this point?

The Z06 didn't "beat" the 918 in anything. Only retards on this forum think a professionally driven and set up Z06 lap is a valid comparison versus a journalist put-sing around in a 918.

Oh, OK then, the Z06 posting a time 2 seconds faster than that of the 918 competitor would be described as what? A sham to appease all the "retards" on a Corvette board?
