Does the Z06 have the filler neck anti-siphon grid recall that the base & Z51 cars do? The recall fixed this issue for me. It was a constant struggled since new, but now I can fill up without issue.

Holding the nozzle 'upside down' works for me.

It's happened once or twice in 2100 miles with me but really no issue.

I have had that issue sometimes. It is irritating. Haven't figure out why it happens some times but not others.

I have had difficulty sporadically at different stations. Once I had it not shutoff and gas went spurting all over!

Now I pay close attention to what's going on. Sometimes I have to rotate the filler nozzle a bit to keep it flowing, more rarely I rotate it 180 degrees. Most of the time works OK just as it should.

I also have a 15 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT with a capless filler and have had absolutely no issues with it.

Mine just started doing this. I thought I was going crazy and forgot how to pump gas. Will have to talk to dealer. Glad to hear others are having the same issue and I'm not going crazy.

I've had an occasional problem.. seems to be pump specific.. on return trip I try different pump (at same gas station) and all seems well. Away from home its a shot in the dark.

This seems to be pump specific. Both my '14 base car and my z06 do this with specific pump nozzles. If you're at a bad pump, pull the handle out a half inch to an inch and it will stop cutting off.

Haven't had an issue with the Z06 like I did with my '14 Z51. That thing drove me crazy. I found on the Z51 if you held the nozzle upside down, it had no issues. You will get some strange looks, but it works.

I was hoping GM would have solved this problem, since it was not that uncommon on the C6. My 2008 does this about half the time I fill up.

Yup...I too have had to deal with this. I find that if I don't try to push the nozzle in the gas will continue but if it goes too far I get the clicking and stop. Yes very frustrating in the beginning . Not exactly sure why it does this?

You bet. Mostly Chevron, some (rarely) 76 Union, Stopped at Sonoco's on our way home from BG. Correction on the mileage, missed the decimal point, should have been 3.6k.

I have 3,100 miles and have never had a filling problem. And this is at all types of different gas stations (at least 6) since we take the car on many weekend or longer road trips and stop at different stations so it doesn't seem to be related to a specific type of gas nozzle.
