How does this compare to the weights of the C6 ZR1 20 spoke or Cup wheels?

What colors do these wheels come in?

I do not have the cup wheel weights right in front of me, but I'll try and get that for you today.

You can get them in almost any powder coated color at no cost. Multi layer finishes (like a transparent smoke or brushed/clear) are extra.

couple of questions for ya:

1. are the offsets the same as C7Z06?
2. Is silver color an option? what kind of silver do you have? Any pictures?
3. can I get them with TPMS and tires already installed? Michelin Pilot Super Sport ZPs in stock sizes? Or would I have to get the TPMS and tires on my own?

Thanks
Andrew

Andrew,

1. They are slightly more aggressive but we can do stock offset
2. Silver is....but right now you are looking at the only set that has been built. We can do matte, gloss, metallic or normal...lots of silver choices out there. If you have a specfic one let me know we probably can match it.
3. You can get your own, or we can do them as a ready to roll set. FYI Super Sports are on back order right now until the middle of June as an estimate, which would put them ready about the time the wheels would be.

i dont know much about offsets. does "aggressive" mean a large positive or negative offset?

does aggressive mean they have a large offset so they look cooler or so they perform better on a track?

when something is said to be aggressive it is usually to get a strong benefit in something, but something else is usually compromised. What is the benefit and what is the compromise of this aggressive offset?

thanks - mark

"aggressive" means the offset is going to push the wheel further to the outside making it more flush with the fender of the car. You can change how a car is going to perform on track by doing this. Taken to the extreme you can widen the front and narrow the rear and the car would rotate better, or vice versa you can make them more stable at speed.

If you remember the old Pontiac commercials for the GTO "Wide Track", that made the car wider so it would handle better by giving the car a more stable, and "wider" platform.

In some cases, if you are trying to fit a very wide wheel and tire setup, you might not be able to go as "aggressive" as you need to make sure the tire is not going to hit any of the body work.

I hope I explained it, since these are custom built to order wheels we have a number of options when we go to produce them.

for some odd reason the rears in the pictures look kind of small, or is it the tires? Are those 20's in the pics?

These removed 19.6 lbs total off the C7 Z06 compared to factory.

Top quality finish, made right here in the USA with a number of colors and a light weight wheel is the end result.

Take 20lbs of rotational, unsprung weight off of your Corvette now with the LG Motorsports ZR7 Forged wheel!
