Default Stone chip

I have 2 small dings in passenger door .wont rub out . Body man said he would have to paint whole door .we're talking 1/16th to an 8th here. U tube has a lot of videos on with different products for fixing them. Has anybody trie any of them or should i just have the door done. ?

I had a piece of asphalt that struck the right side, just below the door on the rocker. Overall, about 3/4 of an inch long. Went through the stone guard, through the clear and through the paint into the primer. My body shop guru filled it in with a horse hair brush, (three coats) then a coat of clear and neatly trimmed the edge of the stone guard that had been ripped. Literally, you have to get within 6" to find it.

Seriously, the first one(s) are the hardest and you think you should get them corrected, but in reality it's futile, because the more you try to avoid/correct the knicks/scratches, the more they will happen. The less you worry about them, the less you'll notice them and the more fun you'll have enjoying the ride...

You bought it to drive, not to sit in a bubble in the garage.
