lgsdd, awesome combo, and A8 too. I was thinking about ordering the auto but figured since I only placed my order the end of January I would wait much longer for it than the 7 speed. Cant wait to get the car and also for the weather to improve here in Michigan!

I'm at 3000, but have no idea how to track my progress. Apologies for the question, if it's been asked and answered, but how do I find out so I can report back?

Hello Kevin,
Here’s where things stand as of 3/23/15.
The car is estimated to be at trim (start of your tour) on Thursday, April 2, 2015 and estimated to come off-line (end of your tour) same day on Thursday, April 2, 2015.
You have the opportunity to be present for just what your schedule will allow. Please advise me of your plans.
As it stands right now, your tour is scheduled to begin at 6:00 am (CST) on 4/2. This is the time you would need to be at the Plant to meet your guide.
Mr. Jim Rizzuti has been scheduled to be your guide. He will meet you at the Plant at 6:00 am (CST) on 4/2.
Please note that when making travel arrangements, please be sure all air fare/travel packages are refundable and changeable. We hope you can understand that neither Chevrolet nor the National Corvette Museum will be responsible for costs incurred during those variations.
The GM Plant is located at Exit 28 off of Interstate 65. At the first intersection (Corvette Drive) you come to after exiting, please turn right. There is a Hardee’s on the corner. Please follow the PLANT TOURS signs. They will lead you to the entrance your tour guide will meet you at. This entrance is located on the North side of the Plant.
Please dress comfortably. The only dress code requirement is that you wear closed toed shoes - no sandals/high heels. You are not allowed to bring the follow items into the Plant:
· Cameras
· Cell Phones
· Electronic Devices
· Backpacks / Purses
· Children Under The Age Of Seven (7)
If you require the use of a service animal, please provide us with notification and documentation prior to and during your visit.
If your schedule allows, we invite you and your guests to tour the Museum at no additional charge. Please let staff know at the admissions desk that you are a Buyer's/VIP Tour participant.
Please note that Plant tours may not always be available due to Plant closures or tour cancellations for corporate privacy issues.
We will continue to work closely with the Plant to monitor the production schedule. As I am made aware of any changes I’ll be in touch with you.
Please contact me directly for any questions regarding your upcoming tour.
Regards,
Shane Webb
