First Z06 Advertised Discount I've Seen

My invoice research indicates that Invoice = 91% on base $, 100% on dest., and 88% on RPO’s.
Strangely, invoice is seemingly getting harder to find publicly, as clearly and concisely as it used to be. Allot of sites like kbb.com and edmunds.com seem to be following this "True Car.com" model of a standard distribution bell curve of "price paid" (good, bad and ugly).
Thanks but no thanks to these new "True Car" site formats, I want to see invoice cost and go from there as a low anchor (typically start all car negotiations letting the dealer make holdback, unless there are incentives). At least NADA.com still clearly shows invoice and confirmed the % denoted above.
I think the previous poster may have figured base as 88% instead of 91%, and come up with an artificially low invoice figure?
Thus, for a 2015 Vert 2LZ

995 995 Dest.

83995 76525

It doesn't look like he is including the dealer advertising contribution (if the dealer participates) costs. Those two added would bring the figure to about $70,980. Then add the $995 shipping charge and you have the true invoice of $71,975 as I figure it.

I am concerned about this because I thought I had negotiated not too far from invoice for my order, but now I'm not so sure.

I know what you mean, all dealers in vegas suck ***! They will not even do a courtesy delivery. Please tell me how Henderson chevy wins these bull crap awards every year. They are a absoulute joke!

Local dealer in Mesa, AZ just received a dealer-stock, lightly optioned Z07, stage 3 aero, exposed carbon roof - beautiful car. 94K sticker, but they are still asking 5K over. That is 5K under their last couple. Definitely not under MSRP, but trending in the right direction. They were also 10K over on their Z-28s, but are now offering discounts under MSRP, even though the Dec "20% off deal" is gone. We'll see.

I know some here are doing what i am doing and waiting to buy, as i refuse to pay msrp for any vehicle. A lot of people on this forum act like the dealerships are doing us a favor by selling these at MSRP.
I know dealerships need to make money... but making 17,804 grand off a quick car sale? I feel like we are the ones doing them the favor.

(Perhaps GM changed this for Z06 to keep more $ for the home team since they suspect dealers would be MSRP+ for a while?)
I asked the spreadsheet originator to look into this, and advise his conclusion/revise the spreadsheet if necessary.
Meanwhile, here's the NADA site illustrating the conflict at 91% + 100% of dest. (e.g 70,980/78,000 for 1LZ Z06 Coupe = 91% not 88%):

Hmmm...looks like he inadvertently used 88% of base price as invoice. Cross check vs. NADA.com shows this to be 91%, not 88%?

Also, perhaps someone could post a scan of their invoice from GM if they asked for it from the dealer. Kinda doubt many MSRP buyers are asking for, nor many MSRP sellers are offering this potentially controversial document tho.
