I have the C6Z Zo7. It is the rock star when at the track, the gas station, and cars and coffee. I was surprised at how many know the difference. The brakes are insane, but I do track. My C7Z will be the Zo7 no doubt. Very true it is not needed at all on the street, other that bagging rights, and the love of buying VERY expensive tires often…..
But as said above I have been asked to sell several times. That never happened with any of my other Z's.

All I can say is I've driven both cars. At the time of ordered I was talked out of the z07. I would do it and get that z07 if given the chance. I regret not getting it after have driven the z07

Non z07 cars are probably faster everywhere other than a race track Even then now many will bring it to its full potential on the track?Tag himself says that with all the aero on the z07 its a slower car.On the flip side the ceramic brakes are great to have and to look at .

Cup tire fives you more grip at the track and you can buy that. The stage 3 aero is stage 2 with clear wicker and that can be added. the Carbon ceramic does give better breaking but if you track regularly it's probably to go steel since you can add in steel race brakes that rival carbon but it would be cheaper to maintain. The one thing that would be harder to change out would be the suspension and the programming for it. But allot of race would go to coil over. I think you really have to think why you buy the Z06, mostly track or mostly daily driving ? and how hard core of an track rat are you ? are you literally battling for seconds on the track for ranking and podium or just to have fun. The Z07 is an awesome package but be clear why you get it.

Does the Z07 package take something away from driving on the street, not the track? These are very expensive cars. The option is 10% more. Not that much if you can already afford a Z06. I'm old school. Back in the day when you were looking for a used "muscle car", every extra factory performance option was a biggy.
