I didn't like the looks when I first saw the concept, but I'm starting to like it.

SWEET! The new Zora is actually a truck!

I just hope they don't try to race a Hellcat during their testing. They'll scrap the whole damn project if they do....

Again....anyone with any familiarity with the CERN test vehicles knows there have been at least five mid engine vette concepts. TESTED AND RAN at tracks over the years.

What?? Back to round tai lights!! I can't imagine a Chevy dealership servicing this thing should it actually happen. When they can't change the oil of a Z properly, that's gonna be a picnic to watch.

The concept as in "the mid engine design?" or concept appearance wise. Cause that thing is ugly.

Likely:

A) their Euro pick up/ el camino thing and the covered bed is just aerodynamic cover

Or

b) if it is a proof of concept Zora.... It would never have exposed body panels without camo especially knowing personal drones are prevalent now...and it would behoove them to make it look as much like anything except a vette.

Wow! It looks like a new Chevy SSR truck. Just what we didn't need.

Whatever it really is, they sure camouflaged it well. Love the red-neck rear bumper.

I am not saying that I like it or not, but anyone that thinks it is not going to happen is just fooling themselves.

Think of it as the new ZR1.

Can you handle that?

There is going to 3 Vettes with 3 different price points.

Remind you of the C6 after the ZR 1 was introduced??

Let's be candid.

The C7 Z06 is a great car but is already outdated compared to what is coming down the road from Acura, Porsche, and Nissan,,,,,,,

The mid engine design is something that we Vette guys should be thrilled about, and not whining and throwing rocks because we do not want our current cars to be less that the latest,,,,,

Why are people commenting on the looks? It's a cobbled together test mule. It clearly has a C7 passenger compartment. Easy to hide crap using holden ute parts and easy to stuff an engine in the back.

This is only to test driveline and suspension/chassis. Not the looks.
