Default To stripe or not to stripe

Have a C7Z06/Z07 on order. Really like the Full Length Dual Racing Strip in Carbon Flash on the Shark Gray body. But in seeing all the pictures from others, Stripes do not seem to be a popular item. Pictures are of a sold Z06 at a local dealer. Currently my car is ordered exactly like this on the outside with exception, I did not order the Carbon Fiber Roof. Still time to make changes.

I know it is personal taste, just wondered what others think of the full length dual stripes.

It looks good...I would not put one on my z06 but maybe a c7z06.
The most important thing is you really like it and that's all that really matters. I had one of those Corvette decals across my windshield of my 05 and everyone would say, "really... like no one knows its a corvette" but I liked it so it stayed until I traded it in.
Nice ride btw, have fun.

I like both the Stinger and full length stripes, but this time elected not to get any, with the idea I could later go aftermarket, if I changed my mind. I'll pick my Z up on Wednesday, after the dealer Xpels the front clip, so there goes that idea!

I ordered the visible CF roof, so I would have only opted for the Stinger stripe in any case (like I had on my 427). I say go for it if that is what you really like!

Personally I love it dearly. Iam going with a black car and going to be putting on red full length dual racing stripes with an aftermarket company. Since GM does NOT offer red (only the dark crystal red) which I don't care for. I agree that not many guys like the full length stripes.

Oh Hell Yes - do the stripes !! I really like that particular combination of stripe color and body color. I would make the roof body color. I am kind of partial to stripes myself - see signature pic of track car.

I ordered the DTH Carbon Flash Full Length Dual Racing Stripe Package on my Torch Red A8 ZO6 with the Q6U black aluminum wheels and red interior. I am at 3300 for week of Jan. 19 but probably will not get the ZO6 for another 3-5 weeks after production. I will post photos as soon as it arrives at the dealer.

Stripes on a corvette look out of place.

When I see stripes I think Mustang or Viper. The only stripe I liked was on the 1996 Grandsport, but that was meant to be
