Default C7 Z06 vrs. GTR Nismo!

OK, someone had to start this thread! I for one cannot wait for this match up! On the drag strip and on the road course. We will see! Overall, the Z06 for me!

Against a base (545hp Premium or Black Edition) Nissan GTR as well? Or do you mean only the Nismo version?
I think the C7 Z06 might be able to beat a base GTR in a straight line.

On the street, you may be correct.
On a prepped drag strip where the gap between RWD and AWD becomes somewhat diminished (ie: a RWD car benefits much more from that sticky starting line than an 'already hooking' AWD car will) the results might be different.
But we don't all regularly drive/spend our days at prepped drag strips of course.

GT-R will rip a 0-60 in the 2.XX second range. It's fast. The ZO6 should eat it after the quarter mile, on the street and everywhere else.

Default Hah!

I been waiting for this!!!

2.9 ~2.95

11.1 =11.1

Like I've been saying for years and it now has come to its fruition:

We don't need 300lb of rice (for nothing)!

yep, when I responded, that's where my thoughts were,
and since most of my driving is on the street and most of my racing is at an air strip (not a prepared drag strip, but sometimes the street),

However I wouldn't say the gap is diminished between the two (rwd and awd) some for sure, but not diminished

The new Z will now keep up with it on the street, and still beat it on any track!

2.95s does that!

Roll runs (70-14X), stock to stock? I will be quick to say it again. ZO6 will eat it. Modified cars? Up for grabs.
