There is a way to cure this.
Cut across their front bumper from the right hand lane at high speed....it works every time.

I tried that when my ex was driving her Prius...then I remembered she was helping me drop my vette off at the shop. Oops.

Of course, but driving a Z06 recklessly can be very dangerous to your car and you. My experience is that the Z06 is very unforgiving to reckless and negligence behind the wheel...

how did you get a Z06 so fast? oh wait you mean the old Z06.....yeah the new one will probably be exactly the same.

as far as acceleration, there is a ticket you can get called "exhibition of acceleration" and being reckless has nothing to do with it.

Exhibition of Acceleration? Never had anyone tell me that I either was an exhibitionist or accelerated too fast.

Yeah. when I say driving responsibly and maintaining total control of the car I am not talking about any of the issues raised by your explanation.. reckless driving, racing, peeling tires, or appearance of loss of control.. doing those things on the street with this car is very dangerous.

I would immediately store it so that my great grandchildren can sell it at auction in 75 years to pay for a weeks worth of groceries

I drive the speed limits, I like the power when I need to pass on 2 lane country roads and the guy decides to accelerate not to let you pass, he's in for a big surprise.

Been driving my Z06 for over six years. I drive it as sanely as I drive my other cars, as is reflected in the fact that I haven't have a speeding(or any moving violation) ticket in the past 48 years or involved in an accident in the past 44 years. Had a drivers license since 1956.

Default You mean 685HP!

Oh yeah that's just me, but, I usually run around 505HP. Just can't use it all in the city. My car can easily annihilate in power/handling most street cars, and it's quick so I just do that for fun.

No tickets or accidents!

I'll drive mine the same way I've driven all my cars... sometimes (especially when I'm at the front of a line of cars at a red light) reach the speed limit as quickly as possible without destroying my tires ( we have excessive acceleration and noise ordinances here), then set cruise at 9mph over the limit, and sometimes just coast along.

Well, that wouldn't be anywhere around Springfield (my family is from SW MO )

In the interest of full disclosure, I must admit I regularly break the law to satisfy my speed addiction.
However, I only touch triple digits while driving over the Cascade Mountains on Hwy. 22 here in Oregon.

I think I hold the Land Speed Records between Central Oregon and Western Oregon...
The one for SUVs (2007 Jeep SRT8) and the other for luxury Coupes (2012 CTS-V).
Needless to say, my times were NOT set in the wintertime.
