Chrome vs. black wheels on a white Z06

Some of you guys are really mentally invested in hating chrome wheels! There are options and colors on the Corvette that I'm not a big fan of too, but nothing whose mere existence would rile me up enough to post on a public forum trashing other people's cars to their (virtual) face.
Since we're at about that level now, chew on this:

They charge $2k for chrome not because they want to dissuade people from ordering it that way but because people will pay it and it is a cash cow. The majority of Corvette buyers are still >60 years old and have a chrome fetish. Sadly, GM cannot ignore the $$$ proposition of chrome wheels, even if it means that the Corvette brand is severely cheapened by it.

Myself I think chrome or black looks good on white. My C7 is black.I have chrome wheels on it.A month or so I will put the Z06 chrome wheels on it.Black wheels on A black car you hardly see the wheels.

I have a friend with a White 2015 Z06 and the Spectra Wheels. It looks great. Mine is Laguna Blue Z06/Z07 with Black wheels. The black wheels only need an occasional dusting. the CCB's do not produce the brake dust like the steel rotors.

I'll take choice C............for Carbon Fiber
The issue I see with chrome is that there are no chrome pieces on the car, however there are a bunch of CFM accent pieces. That color in much nearer to black and for that reason black or dark wheels accent the car much better IMO. Now if you have a 1968 C3 with chrome bumpers and accent pieces chrome is the way to go.
That said I plan to put CCW polished wheels on the black Z so there is some contrast. The CF wheels on the black care were much more understated. They POP on the white Z

Spectra grey wheel on white?
Has anyone seen the chrome wheels on a white Z06 yet. Just curious how they look. The white ZR1 with chrome wheels was/is one of my favorite combos but I haven't seen any pictures of the chrome wheels on any car yet. The black wheels look killer on the white but I'd really like to see the chrome before I make the final decision. Thanks.
