Well since Chevrolet already officially released information about the Z06 with Z07 package (Pilot sport Cup 2 tires, carbon ceramic brakes, carbon fiber ground effects, splitter package) in their "What's New for 2015 brochure" I would say the magazine article author might want to do a tiny bit of research like maybe,.... Google 
Now back to the ongoing speculation about whether there will be a ZR-1, "Zora", or maybe the ultra high performance Z07T (not T for turbo, the T for Tadge edition)

Idiot... Z07 package will be available for 2015 MY, and won't include power increase. Not very informed, that author may want to wake up and do some homework. I believe that all of the z07 specs are already hammered out here in these forums for quite some time?

I think the author may want to do some research next time....
Using that photo of the disguised car proves nothing as we don't know when the photo was taken (might be many months old)
