Great pictures! One sweet ride! Will be itching to put a deposit on one as soon as they become available.

[QUOTE=NASTY ZO6;1586373731]Saw the new C7 ZO6 for the first time...actually it was the first public unveiling outdoors. Damn thing looks great! The rear center part of the wing/spoiler/lip is adjustable. It has slots in it for height adjustment. Very cool.

Oh, the unveiling was at the Emelia Island Concours d'Elegance show. We went up for a few days to check out the scene. It was ridiculous! Damn!

New ZO6:

First public unveiling outdoors? I don't think ya have the facts right. Saw what looks like the exact same car at the Daytona 24hr (outdoors) a couple of months ago.

Thanks for sharing the pictures. I think you might have even helped me make a color selection.

looks great! too bad the production z06 will not have the same amount of color sanding. i am resigned to having to do that on my reserved z06.

Will those wheels fit a c6z and if so how do you think the painted silver or whatever they call it look on a lowered black z.

Bob, that's what the Chevy staff at the display told us. It had previously only been shown at indoor shows: Detroit, LA, etc.

The C7.R race car was debuted at the Daytona 24 hours...perhaps your facts are incorrect. LOL

GREAT pictures OP.

ANYONE, has GM officially named the color of this medium gray color?

Has it officially been named Shark Gray or Tiger Shark Gray, or no official naming of the color yet?

Leaning even stronger towards black. This color can look amazing, and a total miss at other times. There are black bits, grey bits, cf bits, brown leather. It's a bit of a hodge podge.

A no option Z06 black on black for me please. Actually, I do dig the wheel nickel coat, I'd pay for that.

Be still my heart, that new Z is exquisite (I'm old so the wheels are perfect)

The skirt running between the wheel-wells is a nice touch IMO! The addition of an 8 speed Auto will increase the buyers who consider this factory hot rod!

I'm with you, Bob. Dark wheels, especially on that color, totally dull the look of the car.
