Redline at 6k? Really??

Better make a ton of torque down low to keep the power band strong.

That's a full 1k RPM less power band than the C6 Z06.

Call me a little negative here, but with the extra weight and possible limited power band I really wonder how much faster this will be than the ZR1, let alone the C6 Z06.

That's just a thing for their channel in the beginning of the video. It isn't the digital tach on the z06. Probably looking at more like a 6500rpm redline if I had to guess.

Over 100hp more than the C6z and an 8spd automatic. The C6z06 doesn't stand a chance. With the ZR1 we shall see soon enough.

Just their generic lead in to the real video.

All right, good! That confused me. Thanks for clarifying.

Now I have decided which C7 I will be getting to replace my 12' GS. In that color inside and out. I thought I was going to go w/ Arctic White but this grey is outstanding.

A few questions - are these seats an option, if so, which is it? Second, the round circle shown behind the passenger seat on the side of the car, is this an installation point for a shark bar? Thanks
