I just saw a yellow C5Z this morning and thought that was a pretty sharp looking car.

Then I saw a C6 GS later in the day and thought the same.

They are Corvettes - if you think the C6 looks dated then you are too concerned with the image you are trying to put out then what the performance you are actually driving
I had a C4 and didn't think it looked that special when I owned it, but I'm starting to really appreciate them now when I see one on the road.

honestly - i just remember about 7 years ago when i used to work part time at a car parts store - this mullet wearing mid 40 something guy would always come in and rag on anything that wasnt his corvette.

The image of that guy with that car just kinda time warped it for me

they do make killer drag race cars

As a child of the 80s - im not too fond of most 80s things

I totally agree that the C5Z still looks pretty sharp, especially those with the right aftermarket body parts.

The C2 is a previous gen too - and looks hot IMO.

Same with the C6 Z/ZR.

Heck, I like the C4 style better now than when they were new. Wouldn't mind picking up a GS or a ZR in that gen.

At the end of the day, get what you want and enjoy what you have, no matter what gen it is.

I'm not fond of early C4s, either, but once they started installing LT5/4/1 engines backed by six-speed manuals in them... that was about the time when they refined the look to my taste

True, and I had an 85, if you look close at the rear of the C6, you will see that it has allot of early c4 in it, it didn't stop me from buying them but IMO the C6 just didn't hit me in the chest, like the C5 did.

Those C5Zs are HOT. I wish the C6Zs maintained that hardtop roof line.

Yeah the c4 is dated looking. The c5 is a classic design. I love the c6 look, but i'm biased. No the c6z is not looking dated. It still looks amazing. It will stay looking amazing for 10 more years.
