I do wish the new Z had a system to raise the car an inch or two under about 10 mph so all of that expensive aero doesn't scrape....

the side shot is one of my favorite of the C7 in general.
Car's great -still don't like the back but the added stuff on it helps a little

Only thing I hate is GM (and other manufacturers) lower the cars to make them look more attractive (which works), then when you see them in person, the stock ride height makes it looks like a 4x4 compared to the pics.

I remember when the ZR1 came out, and I finally saw one in person, there were huge gaps in the fenders and I thought the car sat unnaturally high.

Totally agree. I had a chat with my mechanic at my dealer and he said it would be a fairly easy adjustment (even with mango ride select) to lower the car and then do a quick alignment using nothing but the stock suspension. He said he could make a quick adjustment to "fool" the car into thinking the lowered height was the normal ride height.

Side view just became my laptop background photo. Every time I open the computer I will be reminded to rob a bank at the next opportunity so I can buy one...that's the only way I will ever be able to afford it. Beautiful.
