Well, some people just prefer boring colors. That yellow is sexy.

I disagree. Black wheels look mean on most body colors. I am going that route.

My C6 ZO6 is black with black wheels and yellow calipers. I fell in love with it and as soon as I showed it to my wife, she told me we needed to buy it. Different strokes for different folks. It's all good!

I agree.. black wheels look like years and years of caked on brake dust IMO.. a scape goat for guys that don't clean their wheels

On my prior `01 ZO6 I had chrome wheels with my Torch Red ext. color.
This time I am highly considering the black wheel option with a TR ext. ........

If it works on the Ferrari, I guess it is ok for the C7Z?
Especially considering the overall look with the many black accents in the aero area and vents. The black wheels just blend in better and don't distract.

If I go with the TSG ext. color then definitely it is the Pearl/Nickel wheels as they brighten that ext. color.

IMO it don't work on that car either!!..but hey color is all subjective and it's all what the individual likes on their own cars that matters.

The purpose of the black wheels is to blend with the black on the C7.
In the case below it does that admirably, and a lighter color wheel becomes distractive rather than additive to the black accents on the car.
While color is subjective it does require good judgment in the selection or it becomes a palate of distraction.

Due to the two primary colors in this car, red and black, a third color could become distractive such as silver/chrome wheels. If the car has only one primary color this is not an issue.

If you see the new vert at the ny autoshow...those rims on the z06 vert would look awesome on the red z06 coupe.

I have not seen black wheels on anything I would consider spending one dollar on.

I would venture to assume the "younger" people like the black wheels while the more "mature" crowd prefers the chrome ones.
Mine came with the chromies but I replaced them with black cup wheels and love em.
BTW, I consider myself between the two groups...lol

To you it does to some it don't!! to me black wheels makes cars look like taxi cabs and police cars dull no matter what color the car is but like I said to each their own if you like the black wheels then that's what you buy it's that simple.

Exactly and that's why there should be options I'm in the middle also but can't stand black wheels on any car...
