And yes, I know alcantara is the same thing, it's just marketing. They are both synthetic suede.

I like the rest of the interior. Very cool. Alcantara steering wheels/headliner.
Cheap leather/vinyl that most american manufacturers use, turns shiny over time unless you constantly clean/sanitize it. Even then..
Also, at the track, alcantara please!

Melting Slicks
Looks good. I wonder if anybody else notices the seats...they look like yet another modifed version of the Recaro Sportster CS, just with cheaper leather and a different pattern. Many cars use those seats. That bottom cushion looks lame. Maybe it's the pictures but it's tough to see the contrasting stitching. Hope it stands out like on the 3lz c6. Beyond that its good overall.

It does get matted in the sections where your hands frequently touch after prolonged use. Good thing is this stuff is very durable and easy to clean and return back to like new condition. There was a thread in a Cadillac forum where a CTS-V owner with a dirty and matted microfiber suede shifter. He posted instructions and pictures of how he cleaned it to like new condition. Gave me a lot of confidence in this material. I'll see if I can find it.

Here it is. Doesn't have the before picture anymore because the thread is kind of old. I do remember the results being dramatic though.
