Yup, same info circulating some members posted from Hot Rod Magazine. I have hope the numbers will be more since it has estimated and since the stingray was also estimated, it came out with a little more!

IF I do decide to purchase I will go automatic. I had a 6-speed in my GT3 and wouldn't have anything else. Now I have the F-1 with paddles in my F-car and now love them even more. I'm not the best heel to toe shifter anyways.

I'm 6'6" tall love corvettes even tough it's a struggle to drive my ZR-1 with a clutch having owned several Z06's also I cursed the fact that an auto wasn't available. Now that I hear the new Z07 is being offered with an auto I'm disappointed that the C7 is rumored to have less interior room for taller drivers. If this is true GM has taken a segment of the market & made it impossible to own one. Since I haven't had the opportunity to try & fit into a C7 yet I will have to reserve any judgement that I have owned my 20th & last Corvette till then.

Well it's a sportscar and all manufactors has to draw a line somewhere. I really feel with you, but car can't go bigger, it should if any, go smaller 😁

Apparently for many around here, the answer is never.

I'm 6'3 and was surprised how tight the c7 was inside. The seats don't recline much either..

do you mean, you wouldn't have anything else but a 6 speed, or anything else but an automatic (DCT or torque converter auto)?

GT3 has a very stiff clutch pedal (and very "high up" from the floor , if that is the right way to describe it--meaning your left hip is constantly bent at a 90 degree angle) ....my ZR1 has the nicest clutch pedal of any car I have ever driven...have you tried the new M7 C7 to see if you like the manual better than your GT3?

search the C7 forum for tall drivers fit--I think quite a few people your height said that it is roomy enough for them!

Love the clutch on my ZR1, but I am only 6'0"

Don't need to be a good heel/toe shifter with the C7. It offers rev match capability on the manual. And you can turn it on or off at will.

When it switches from internal combustion to electric motors, it will have fewer gears

My torso isn't the problem I have long legs. For example I couldn't even dream of fitting in a Viper or some of the mustangs. Don't laugh but I have to take my shoes off to drive my ZR-1 any distance comfortably. My 997 Porsche isn't a problem. So GM has seen the last of my money if it turns out I can't comfortably fit in a C7. I'm certainty not interested in any of the other junk they build.
