Sharp ! I'll take mine in silver with a couple roundels with "7" in the middle on the doors, but they can keep the front splitter and the side extensions - the nose look good as it is !

Looks like one to me! You can see no clutch pedal. The shifter looks like auto too.

Do you know what DCT is? They also don't use clutch pedals. An auto with a H-pattern on the top of the shift handle is also something I've never seen before.

I would reach the same decision if I were looking for a vette. Forget the C6s. They will sell more C7s then the C6s when eventually the diehards get over the look of the C7s.

GM could make every Z06 Mary Kay Pink and they would sell every one they made.

How do we know auto will be available, Sam? I thought it was still unconfirmed.

Anyway, I'm hoping for DCT, but a manual would be my second choice.

So the 620hp # that has been floating around for over a week isn't accurate? Wonder if it's going to be more or less?

I think if its less then 620hp, that probably means that its gonna be lightweight. If its more, then its gonna weigh more then we'd like.

In the picture it looks like manual with the rev match. Anyhow I doubt that there's going to be a DCT too. With that said I track Laguna Seca a lot and it's mostly 3rd gear in my Z06 and Viper..

Board member jvp made the same comment right after the 620/650 numbers started circulating and I believe he has a friend in GM engineering.

:agree:I'd like to see 605hp (to continue the 405-505-605 theme) NA engine in this car then higher hp in a SC ZR1 next year.

A manual without a clutch pedal, paddles with + and - signs, and a "P" for park in the display? Are we looking at the same picture?

If you notice the test cars they are tapping the rear fenders. That needs to protected from the factory. That is gonna damage worse than the C6 Z06.
