I'm sold! Looks insanely good!

Yep, at this point....I'd be surprised if that isn't DCT. I'll forego the fun of a manual for a dual-clutch for sure.

I don't think I could ever sell my modded-beyond-sanity C5Z... but this is enough to make one have horrible thoughts of betrayal.
Now, the question remains, what will be the best color? White will be sick with all the contrast just like yellow above, but cyber gray will be quite an evil beast as well I am sure. I've always thought black was the best color, but with all the black aero stuff, I think the black on the C7 hides too much.

To all those that think this is just another PhotoChop make believe, I think the OP is telling the truth and this is it (or at least a computer generated facsimile) of the real deal. Looks like an auto may be in store too.

On a side note, this killed any thoughts of buying a ZR1!!
Of course this will be the most expensive trim package though, probably pushing up on 100k.
I'll take a manual in white with steel brakes and that aero. Done.

Burning Brakes
An air dam under the car.. Wtf! Goes against everything a splitter is trying to accomplish. Hopefully the two spots in the front grille are brake ducts.

Maybe not, as you may know, splitters and ground effects are not nearly as effective unless your car is slammed on the ground. The air dam might actually be beneficial in creating a "slammed" effect without actually having to sit too low, preventing air from going underneath the car. I doubt they stuck that on there for looks. You can look at it and tell it's been in the wind tunnel for hours upon hours.
It could actually be a brilliant work around. I bet this thing produces some great DF numbers not to have a big wing and splitter.
If so, GM has really outdone themselves.

If you look close you can see a "P" on the dash and +/- symbols on the paddles. The shifter tells us it's something different from the Stingray's base auto, either 8psd or DCT is my guess... odds are that it's an 8spd auto. I'll still buy manual since it's what I enjoy most, but the auto will be a monster on the track.
