Base stingray Coilover Suggestions
What’s some of the best coilover set ups for the c7. My car has base suspension and I just don’t like the bumpiness and unsteadiness. im gonna go with a decent coilover set up and get rid of the situation. I want something with great dampening and rebound. Im already running LGs Sways with adjustable toe links.
Any tips or suggestions help. thanks Pic for Clout.

I went with AFE Coilovers. Definely one of the best if not the best.

Coil Overs
I don't think much changed in weight either way. True independent suspension is definitely noticeable. I paid around 3k. Check the link.

I will check it out and love the adjustability of lowering my C7 more then it is on stock bolts? Any issues with alignment? I mainly drag race it and no road course but more street then anything. Very cool set up.

No new issues, as with all Corvette alignments. Finding a shop that can dial in the caster etc is the key.

Also how do you find the ride now? is it still bouncy? do you feel a lot of feedback on the ride when going over a patch of uneven bumpy road?

I have a Z51 suspension that works just fine. The coilovers have 21 different adjustments for dampening. I have had many different coils in the past, by far the best. They come with a suggested street setting as well as very good instructions.

did you pair it up with any kind of sway bars? i added a rear sway thinking of adding a front as well. is there a setting on these to easily adjust the dampening? I used to have some bc coils on a different car and I had some ***** to dial in the dampening, or did they come from factory already pre set.

How is ride quality (body control) feel compared to the leaf and shock setup?

Here this is for you and the OP with the coilovers you can get the car weight out with the coilovers on it & have the car for sure more balanced out with front to rear. Robert

On my side I'm considering the LG Motorsport GT2 + G7 combo for my AutoX/Roadcourse/canyon carving C7 GS
I've heard and seen a lot of good things about it, good quality price performance combo. I saw a 427 Katech C7 GS with this combo on a roadcourse and the thing was planted...

^^^^ I love the L.G. stuff anything that I have gotten from them I have been more than 100% happy with it & it has fix & work great. OP if you want a coilover for the car if it was me you need the call them and get a spring for what you will be using the car for. IT IS NOT ONE SPRING DOES IT FOR ALL THING on a set up. The springs are really per say cheap & it is the weight that is in the spring that makes it do what you want it to... Robert

Got the info from Dane@LGmotorsport. I asked him for a release date, waiting on an answer.
Despite being possible asian type shocks, looks like the GT2 work well though. Probably custom valving.
