Heads/cam expectations
* 2016 Corvette Z51; stock exhaust manifold; stock primary cats; 3" cat-back; Vararam intake - tuned at 425rwhp (Dynocom), 6100'
So, the above is prior to my purchase/install of TSP PRC heads/TSP cam (32%) package. Had the shop install and dyno tune again, this time 445rwhp, 6100'. So, I have a couple of questions:
1: is that a reasonable rwhp number? TSP thinks its low, especially when just the cam alone does 596hp (est 489rwhp).
2: I know how to check the heads (TY TSP); how do I check if I have the right cam? I don't have much of a "cammed" lope sound... kinda sounds the same, but louder for sure.
My car is getting it's cruise control fixed (bad brake switch), so I can't just do a visual of the heads to verify yet. I just feel something isn't quite right. Tips and tricks? TY'all.

TSP claims with their HDS and CAM kit you can get an easy 100 HP gains
However this requires a cam set up that deletes the AFM and the VVT systems
Otherwise the cam selections are very minimal --like maybe 35 HP
Is your cam AFM/VVT deleted cam ?????
PS if it is it is a MUST also have it tuned properly to accommodate those deletions

Depends... Is the RWHP corrected or uncorrected for your altitude ? 445RWHP uncorrected at 6100' would be absolutely great.
445RWHP with SAE correction (so weather/altitude correction) is very weak. With a TSP Stage 1 cam and heads you should be around 490-500WHP
Seeing your first score at 425RWHP at 6100" with your mods I'm 100% positive it is SAE corrected for your Altitude, no way otherwise
You have the power curve ?
