Default Son called today regarding 2014 C7

They went to go for a drive and they had no power what so ever, No engine turning over, no dash lights. Nothing
They are replacing Battery but I'm not sure that's going to work .

Any ideas??

I had a PCM failure in my C6 a few years back. As I recall, everything quit. I may have had a couple dash lights though. Can’t recall. Complete loss of ground?

Get a voltmeter and start by measuring the battery voltage. Should be 12.6 volts or above with the car off. See below link.

If the car has the OEM battery in it, I'd say what the folks have said in previous replies. 5 years old is 196 in battery years!
