Default ZR1 parts list for front cooling

Working on compiling the possible scenarios for front cooling changes to compare with things like g-speed or LG. I will add as I get more threads or info.

Front zeal bumper cover copy that will fit z06 - looks to be about 1200: https://www.corvettemods.com/C7-Corv...e_p_21538.html

here is a thread that talks about the radiator part numbers:

I also have the alldatadiy subscription, http://www.alldatadiy.com/ for the z06 but they do not do the zr1 so it will be a bit more work to find all the associated parts for ducting, etc.

Its the same frame underneath. Yes, the fenders and god are different, so there may be some parts that don’t carry. But this is GM. They are not going to spend a penny where it will carry over and fit without reengineering.

I ordered two of the auxiliary radiators (84484399) for 19 GS. Ordered ZR1 replica bumper from EOS. Trying to figure out the dimensions of the outboard coolers so I can match a trans cooler to it so it fits nicely behind the driver side aux rad. I had to remove A8 aux trans cooler to install A&A intercooler. I’ll post updates as I receive parts and make all of it work!

Next bit to tackle is ducting and radiator hoses. Not paying the $160+ per aux rad hose, that’s crazy.

suggestions/ideas? I believe I’ll have been the first person to do this with the GM rad’s.

I am currently having a challenge in finding sites that show ZR1 diagrams instead of Z06 2019 diagrams.

Been on a 2 year hiatus, but seen this thread and figured I would contribute.. Have ZR1 bumper setup on my stingray.. used OEM coolers and made the brackets (cheaper and since not using coolers for engine, the GM bracket isn’t needed, plus it’s around $600) Made the brackets out of thin wall hollow metal I’ll get some pics this weekend!! Not sure any are on my phone

Found this from a few months ago!! GM ducting needs little modification since On the stingray and Z06/grandsport are narrower then the ZR1...

How about the intercooler flow? And what did you use for the brackets, also stock intercooler pump?

you are the man!!! Dang, thought I was going to be the first one to do this 🤣

Got part numbers for those ducts by any chance?! My CCC isn’t showing them, and they aren’t on GM parts direct. Gotta figure out my brake ducts too.

Bumper came in today. Actually very pleasantly surprised how well it fits at the fenders.

Found out it’s going to be another week and a half+ before I can get the OEM coolers. I ordered my trans cooler today, will be here Wednesday.

now I’m thinking I may just put another one of these on the other side as an air-to-oil cooler, and ditch the oem radiator idea. Just gotta figure out ducting from there.

btw, it’s a 2019 A&A supercharged Grand Sport, so I won’t need supercharger coolers. If I do the oil cooler, I should be golden on engine temps at the track. I’ll do an oil cooler bypass from Improved Racing if I go that route.

One more thing - the bottom vent is completely useless unless I make a baffle to route that air to the Intercooler scoop. Still trying to figure it all out.

I noticed that when looking on the GM diagram too. Shame I didn’t find out about it until I’d already put the regular impact bar in. Funny, I was talking about putting some 2” holes and 2” tube welded in there for more airflow before seeing it.

2014 impact bars do not have any holes. 2015+ have 2 holes
