Default [VIDEO] Front end noise

Wondering if someone could help me out. I just picked up a 2016 C7 2LT Z51 A8 last week. The last couple of days there has been a fairly loud front end noise, sounds like fluttering like something is loose in the front. Everything seems to be tight though. The forum searches said it could be anything from the shocks to the tension pully. The fluttering so far has only happened when the car is cold. It's not tire skip, it happens in a straight line.

I will be taking it to the dealer. Before I do though, does anyone have an opinion on what this sound is? I managed to catch it on video today at :19, :35 and :39.

Thank you!

It does sound like the noise my tensioner made before they replaced it. Mine made the noise in 4 cylinder mode at about 30 and 40 mph (and other speeds) with mild acceleration. Just enough to speed up but keep it in 4 cylinder.
