Vengeance Racing claims "WORLDS MOST POWERFUL C7 Z06 Title- 1088RWHP/1079RWTQ
If holding the M7 1/4 mile trap speed AND 1/2 mile top speed records were not enough..... Vengeance Racing teamed up with our friends at Nitrous Outlet to take things one step further. Knowing the 1.7L blower has very little (if anything) left to give our current combination, we decided to add a full nitrous system to the mix.
For those of you who have not followed our build progress our C7Z currently has the following modifications:
Halltech Carbon Fiber CKNZ
VR ported Throttlebody
VR 2.38 Upper Pulley Kit
VR Lower Damper (9% OD)
VR Stage III Custom Camshaft Kit-Retains VVT/Deletes DOD
American Racing 2" Stainless Long tubes with 3" ORX
B&B Fusion Catback Exhaust
RPS Triple Carbon Clutch with Tilton Hydraulics
RPM Level VII TR6070 Transmission
Driveshaft Shop Half Shafts
LG Motorsports Drag Spindles
VR Flex Fuel Sensor Kit
Alky Control Dual Nozzle Methanol Injection System
After years of building some of the quickest/fastest LSA/LS9 powered vehicles in the country we knew we wanted Nitrous Outlet to design a spray bar system for our LT4 supercharger to ensure equal distribution from our nitrous system. As always the guys came thru for us!!
We also added:
Nitrous Outlet 2 Gallon dedicated fuel cell
Nitrous Outlet TWIN Carbon fiber nitrous tanks
Nitrous Outlet Billet Bottle Bracket
NOS Launcher Progressive controller.
All Tuning was done on E85 (57%) (Main tank and dedicated fuel cell)
Using a 41 nitrous jet we produced 956RWHP/936RWTQ for a gain of 169RWHP/124RWHP
This was too close to the ever so tempting 1000RWHP mark so we swapped in a 57 jet and pulled a few additional degrees of timing and the result was 1088RWHP/1079RWTQ!!! These #s solidify our C7Z as the Worlds Most Powerful C7 Z06 to date.!!!!
Vengeance Racing was the first to crack 1000RWHP with our C7 Stingray and we have now done it again with our C7 Z06. Rest assured we will be testing at the drag strip in the coming weeks and will be running at WannaGOFAST Ga 1/2 mile early September. Feel free to contact us with any questions or to discuss your particular goals!!!

Thanks guys!! We are torn as we want to do an aftermarket blower upgrade also. The Magnuson 2.3 will fit under the hood and should add some power/reduced inlet temps. That said, the ECS Novi 2200R kit is awful tempting... The only issue is keeping with "the spirit" of the Z06 we should stay PD blower....
First world problems.....

Great job Ron
You made my Stingray a monster along with my brothers and I'm loving it.
Knew it was only a matter of time before you knock down 1k on the Z.
Another vote for the ecs centri here
