No issues with the lower tunnel plate. That was one of the hardest parts of the design. The collector has to be in just the right spot to clearance the tunnel plate.

Do you have a dyno with the high flow cats?

Will the cats handle heavy track use?

If I order the header with cats do I also get test pipes? TP and cats are slip fit or bolt in?

Like all of our headers they are a slip fit design and you will always get the delete pipes even with a cat'd system.

We are using the same cats as we have on the C5/6 cars and testing over the years has only shown a 3-5 hp difference at the rear wheels with the cats installed even on a 500+rwhp setup.

We have also tracked the cars with the cats in place without issue. Do keep in mind tuning has to be correct with them, like with any cat equipped setup.
