First, this requires removing both rear fenders. In order to do, you will need to remove the rear bumper fascia. Please see the following thread for full details:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...er-fascia.html
Once the rear bumper fascia is removed, remove the driver's side fender by following the guide here:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...er-s-side.html
Next, remove the passenger's side fender by following the guide here:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...er-s-side.html
Finally, using an 8mm socket, remove the three nuts securing the rear scoop and replace with replacement part or Z06 part:

Replacing C7 Rear Quarter panel fender scoops
So here is a stupid question:
Why not cut a hole in the center of the old scoops, reach your hand/socket in to undo the nuts, remove old vent and epoxy the new one in to place? There seems to be enough clearance under it to do the cut

For one thing, it's certainly prone to error, not to mention that it's a permanent alteration once you get into epoxying. If the scoop were to break, or if someone wanted to take the piece back to stock, this would be a terrible thing to find/fix.

You can also find these instructions in that thread.

That may be a shortcut method, but I don't think anyone here would suggest that route.

It's certainly a possibility, but there's nothing to secure an additional part to without access to those bolts. For those who can't get the Z06 part, or would like something different, I'm sure there are other designs coming from some of the carbon vendors, etc.

Have you looked into whether the Z06 coolers are a direct fit replacement for the Z51 coolers? It would make sense to do these while the body parts are off the car.

This is on my list.
My question though is if your catching more air in with the Z06 vent, but have the same base/Z51 factory outlet, is this going to cause any issues? The Z06 rear vents are larger as well.

Any idea about the air duct between the fender air scoop and the Z06 cooler? Is that part different on a Z51 vs a Z06 since the Z06 cooler is bigger and might use a bigger outlet air duct. Would it fit the Z51, or is it just the same duct?
Do the coolant lines that go to the transmission cooler on the Z51 need to be replaced with the Z06 ones, or are those the same? Any brackets required to mount the cooler?

Burning Brakes
no idea on the air scoops as there are no parts numbers associated with them yet, just looks like additional scoops in the Z06.
As far as the cooler, a 2015 Z51 cooler 22908628 and lines 22809154
2015 Z06 are cooler 23224810 and lines 23212375
Picture shows the same mounting but have no idea of size/flow changes
