Late Model Racecraft has pulled off a pretty impressive feat with the C7.

Well, unless you know a lot of other tuners that have been able to pull off a quarter-mile in the new Stingray in the 10-second range without making a lot of crazy modifications under the hood.

Read the rest on the Corvette Forum homepage.

With a twin turbo kit only? Stock converter, stock trans, stock axles on 20in street tires?

Was that a stock 6-spd auto tranny? Sure sounded like it shifter quick. Also...is that the best way to launch an auto? Brake on, revs up, let up on brake and floor it?

No you're probably right- you'd need a stall and slicks then

That is pretty crazy on stock tires now that I think about it

Well, they werent exactly stock street tires but they were 285 Toyo R888's. Not a Mickey Thompson or Hoosier or any sort of drag radial.

Very impressive for sure. That car with a converter and slicks is a mid 9 sec car all day long
