These items need to be moved (starter is optional) to allow for tool access and more room to bring the manifolds out.

Default Replacing stock exhaust with Corsa

I plan on replacing the stock exhaust (cat back) on my 2015 C7Z51 with a Corsa Sport (double helix pipe and back). Anyone know if the swap will trigger warning lights and if an emulator is available to override/turn off the lights?

Lastly, will my rev match function be affected after the Corsa install?

Installing an X-pipe and/or cat-back exhaust will not cause any CELs or DTCs.

The Auto Rev Match is unaffected, as it is controlled by the CCM. There's no correlation between the two.

I'm looking to wrap my exhaust pipes. Other than loosening the pipe connectors, disconnecting the hangars, and unbolting the mufflers, looks like there are some actuators I need to unplug way up where the pipes bend up around the rear axles and just in front of the mufflers. Will the pipes slide out or are there any other hidden obstacles?

Under settings I selected Track sound management mode, but it does not sound like baffles are open - any suggestions???

Excellent work Theta. Quick question, what are the torque specs for the flanges, Borla x-pipe to ARH mid length headers? Thanks.

Anyone have PNs for the "one time use" exhaust manifold bolts, studs & fasteners?
