Really, it's a sad state of affairs when the dealers don't even know what the rules are regarding a simple item like a free oil change.
Yes, but it is a low volume car. ...you may have been the first.

Am I correct after reading your post that with 2,600 miles on a 2014 since February 2014, and only 2 oil changes, my dealer still owes me two more oil changes?

It's over 2 years good luck with that.
I had to Skool my dealer. They wanted to dump dextrose,or dexos in mine
The 50/50 stuff.I said Mobil 1 only. Then they wanted to charge me $120
For the oil change with the car under warranty 1 year old.I had to pull
Up the service bulletin. Then they said they never got the notice from GM.

Default First Oil Change

Picked up my 2015 Z51 Dec 2014. Dealer instructed me to bring it back in 500 miles for FREE oil change not one of the 4 in two years and he stated that they did not put Mobil 1 in the 2015 and has been using DEXOS?

Not a limit on miles for oil changes. So I will get 5 oil changes in 2 yrs!!!

I am going to change it over to Mobil 1 when the free changes run out!

With the service bulletin they can be forced to use Mobil 1.with DEXOS it's only 50% synthetic,no thanks.

DEXOS is a spec, not a brand or additive. Mobil 1 meets this specification, as do others. It is licensed by GM. There is no oil with "DEXOS" added.

And Corvettes are supposed to be Mobil 1 only (as opposed to some other oil which also meets DEXOS specs). So don't let your dealer tell you otherwise! There was a letter that went out some time ago to that effect. There was even a provision for compensation for those who had to pay extra to have Mobil 1 used for their "free" oil changes.

Mine, too. I've had three done so far, seven months apart, which translates into around 1100-1500 miles per change. I'll get the last in January one month before the two-year offer expires.

The 2014 and 2015 model years got 4 free oil changes in first 2 years of ownership.

The 2015 get 2 free oil changes in 2 years.

Actually, any dry sump engine gets 5 or 3 - the dry sumps get a free 500 mile break-in oil change as well.
