You don't need a cut off with the npp exhaust. I personally love my npp exhaust with the header sound. It's quiet when you want it or loud and sweet with a turn of a ****!

Question for you. What kind of heads did you go with and how loud is loud when it's fully open? Thanks

It's a nice, high pitch sound, in my opinion. I'll try to post a video of my last run..
Headers are ARH 1 3/4 long tubes

The BB Fusion appears with work with both the OEM NPP and AFM. The BB PRT and Bullet appear to work with only the AFM.

But the BB Fusion for the C7 might be combined with the BB vacuum device for the C6 and make an aftermarket NPP. Or the Fusion NPP muffler valves might just be setup with a driver's on/off switch. In either case I would de-activate the AFM.

The Flowmaster muffler doesn't appear to have any muffler valves and might be a good choice for those without NPP and who are de-activating the AFM...and who don't want an aftermarket NPP.

I haven't yet looked up the Corsa for the C7.

Now the inTune device should be able to de-activate the AFM. But if an aftermarket muffler should be popping too much then I try a richer air/fuel ratio with something like the HKS AFR device
.

Thanks for the response and the car sounds real good. Curious question, were you able to notice a difference besides sound?

In all honesty, I have seen similar power gains with just tuning alone. I was a little disappointed that I did not realize similar power gains as c5 and c6 vettes when they added headers. I will say that the car sounds much, much better than what it would sound with just a muffler swap. Or at least I like to tell myself that, lol.

You can search for some posts I did on Corsa's. I have their first set on my car. Looks like the X pipe got my 10HP. I am going to get a tune next week and hope for another 10. We'll see.

If you are going with headers or more......Corsa does not recommend the extreme system and I would not either!!! Extreme is ...........extreme!!
