Vengeance Racing C7 runs 10.20@144mph- QUICKEST/FASTEST M7 C7 in the world!!
We were finally able to get out of the shop yesterday to make a few passes at SGMP (South Georgia Motorsports Park) with our C7.
Couple things to note:
NO NITROUS- Our car made 890RWHP on 14psi and made 1018 with a 100 shot. We made several passes on boost and when we finally felt comfortable with spraying it the track had gone away.
This is still:
STOCK SHORTBLOCK
STOCK CLUTCH
STOCK TRANS
STOCK DIFF
STOCK Half shafts
Tires- Toyo R888 315/35/20s
Race Weight 3650lbs
93 Octane Fuel/Alky Control Dual Nozzle Meth Kit
I launched at 2500rpm and slipped the clutch a good bit on all of the passes. I "granny shifted" as well as the tires would not hold any sort of "real" shifting
We hope to get back out next week on some 18" Mickey Thompson Drag Radials and catch some better air... These passes were around 700' DA
Ill have a video up with a couple of the runs in a day or two, but wanted to share the time slip now. We made 5 passes on boost only all between 10.20-10.41 running 144mph... We sprayed a 50 shot and trapped 147mph, but did not improve ET due to track conditions/tires.
This pass marks Vengeance Racing as the Quickest/Fastest M7 C7 in the world and Fastest C7 in the world period.
I tip my hat to East Coast Supercharging/American Racing/Alky Control/Vengeance PCM/Vengeance Racing technicians for their usual quality install and lets not forget GM for building such an incredibly capable platform!!!
Disclaimer for anyone who does not understand...
Quickest= ET
Fastest= MPH
I am aware LMR has ran 9.99@ 132mph... Their car was an A6 making them the Quickest C7 in the world and the quickest/fastest A6 C7 in the world... Our car ran 10.20@ 144 making Vengeance the FASTEST C7 in the world and the quickest/fastest M7 C7 in the world.

The fact that this is making between 900 and 1000whp on stock internals is absolutely astonishing.
Here poor Ron has been trying to blow it up for that 416, but may never get the chance if it keeps running like this! Dynamite!

If you get better tires and track conditions to hook up it should show if there are any weak spots in the drivetrain. All of us mere mortals with limited budgets appreciate those who push the limits that give us an idea of what the car can handle.

Congrats again, impressive results considering a stiff sidewall tire and that much power...looking forward to faster times with the drag radials!
