Default Are the cooling features on the body functional?

my vette (non-z51) does not appear to have ducting from the back quarter panel vents above the wheels. it appears to be blocked off. The rear exhausts molded into and integral to the tail lights appear to be open but constricted.

are these or the other cooling features functional on the Z51? obviously the hood venting is functional. What about the front fender venting on each side? Is there brake ducting from the front to the front wheels on non-Z51??

Your car's front fender L&R vents function... it vents out both front brake heat. The left-side quarter panel vent aids in cooling the transmission on all Z51-coupes hence it's functional. It is also present in all non-Z51's but only functional on the automatic non-Z51 models therefore it is non-functional on m/t non-Z51 coupes just like the right side quarter panel vents (on all non-Z51 models). Same principle for the tear drop vents. The pair of vertical vents on the ends of the lower diffuser both function to aid in venting rear brake heat.
